I’m 16 and have noticed I had horrible cellulite, I think too much for my age. I don’t know what I should do, or what will work to get it better. any tips? Are there any effective solutions to it?
Thanks
btw, I have a hourglass figure, and I heard that women like that tend to have more cllulite, I don’t know if it’s true.
Unfortunately there’s no hard and fast rule about who gets cellulite, but luckily there are things you can do to prevent developing it.
Primarily the women who get cellulite are destined from birth to develop it. It begins to appear in girls around the age of 14 and increases as we mature when the subcutaneous skin layer thins and redistributes. Cellulite often forms in postnatal women and those who take birth control pills because the body’s waste system can’t get rid of the enormous flow of oestrogen in the body. Cellulite can develop after a traumatic injury, where the circulatory system has been disturbed. A sedentary lifestyle leads to a hardening of the connective tissue, causing a dimpling of the skin.
Some of the contributing factors for developing cellulite are:
Heredity,
Insufficient water intake.
Diet
Smoking
Tension and stress
Medication
Lack of exercise and a sedentary lifestyle
Avoid these habits will help, but if you’re destined to have them, nothing will eliminate them completely.
