I have always had a problem with cellulite on my thighs (the outsides) and even being 5′7 and 145lbs, I still had cellulite. It’s embarasing! How do I get rid of that? Does anyone know the perfect workout to getting rid of cellulite?
Well getting rid of celluite is definitely difficult, but possible, i know first-hand!…It’s basically bad toxins that’s stored under your skin…so you have to drink tons of water and try and exfoliation brush that you can use to ’scrub’ your skin with.. but a soft haired brush that basically stimulates your skin and allows blood flow through those fatty areas…it gives a considerably smoother appearance to skin.
You have to hit the gym for those saddlebags tho….steps are good and squats.. to lift that are.
Also cut out the bad habits like crash diets, smoking, coffeine, processed, salty and trans-fatty foods, sweets, not drinking enough water, etc..
I can’t stress enough the importance of excercise though, and I’ve also had some success with cellulite creams and resveratrol.
Good luck..those are tough areas to get rid of.. but once you’ve lost them you wont ever wanna go back!
Detox treatments are all the rage these days. We’re not talking about your basic drug and alcohol detox programs here, but body detox methods that are geared to clean out everything from your intestines to helping you lose weight and ridding your body of all the evil toxins you’ve been storing there for years. One kind of detoxification method that’s not too common in the United States, yet, is called detox Ionithermie. A Frenchman named Olivier Fouche, a biochemist, developed the method in the late 1970s. His detox Ionithermie was considered all the rage in Europe at that time, and began to be used as a substitute to liposuction. The main goal of detox Ionithermie is to remove cellulite from the body. Still very popular in Europe, clients have continued to claim the benefits of detox Ionithermie system, stating that it takes off inches, increases firmness to skin and improves skin and muscle tone throughout the body. Fans of detox Ionithermie also claim that it can and does improve circulation to certain areas of the body when blood flow is limited, and therefore also offers hydrating benefits as well. Others take a detox Ionithermie treatment to rid the body of toxins and to rejuvenate minerals and balance hormones within the body.
While detox Ionithermie is not nearly so popular within the United States, some spas do offer the treatment, and if you’re curious, why not give detox Ionithermie a try? The treatment can take about an hour and cost anywhere from about $60 to $90 depending on location. A massage therapist generally measures a client in about a half dozen places, after which you are then asked to lie down in a terry wrap on a common massage table. The areas to the body that are going to be worked on are brushed with a skin brush. Be advised that a detox Ionithermie treatment is not your typical massage! A detox Ionithermie treatment is more like a vigorous workout. A mixture of various ingredients that are unique to every masseuse is then applied to the skin areas to be worked on. The ingredients are meant to improve circulation and break down fatty deposits, thereby releasing the unwanted toxins from the body.
Electrodes are then placed at targeted areas, such as abs, stomach, arms, hips, and thighs. Then, a layer of fabric is wrapped around the body and electrically conductive clay is then slathered over the body surface. The electrode pads are then placed on a strategic point. What results in a detox Ionithermie treatment are involuntary muscle contractions designed to improve tone and to release toxins from deep within muscle tissues. The skin will warm as the clay mixture begins to harden. The therapist controls the strength of the electrical impulses, but be advised that this sensation can be quite unpleasant to some people. The end result is like having just been through a vigorous workout with the workout. The muscles may tingle and twitch for a while after a detox Ionithermie treatment, but it’s not painful, and a detox Ionithermie treatment can be quite an experience for someone who’s never had one.

The treatment comes with pills and cream. Does it really work in reducing the appearance of cellulite?
If I were you, I’d just buy the patches and the cream. Forget the pills… You don’t know what’s in them because they haven’t been approved by the FDA. I currently use both the patches and the cream, and I do see a visible difference. But, just remember, there is no miracle cure for cellulite. The best thing that you could do would be to exercise.
I used to weigh 90 lbs but my doctor made me gain weight because he said it was unhealthy (I had no cellulite back then). I’m now 105 lbs, and i have some cellulite on my butt, how do i get rid of it??
go to a beauty clinic and ask them for a cellulite treatment.
it’s like a very deep massage they do on wherever you have cellulite. it basically spreads out the tissue and makes it more smooth ![]()
you can look it up on google, or just ask around to see if there are any beauty places that have the treatments.
best of luck
I did some research and found that you can get cellulite treatments where they use some kind of messager on your problem areas.
I know professionals have better machines but do you think it can help in the same way? I want to try it out like a study to see if it works, what do you think?
Hi
Yes definately, there’s a hand massager at http://ridofcellulite.org/verseomassager.htm for that specific purpose.
But you can’t just massage to get rid of the cellulite, although that helps, but you must also do the following to remove the cellulite:
Dry skin body brushing
Basic leg exercises
Drink plenty of water and herbal teas
Cellulite massage (use the verseo massager)
Cut out preservatives from your diet where possible, and alcohol as well.
See http://www.ridofcellulite.org for more info.
I ask because I constantly see before and afters of female professional body builders. In the before, they’re either flubby and skinny, average, or overweight. So, of course, they have to have cellulite. In the after pictures, there is not a bit of fat or cellulite on them.
Does becoming so lean and muscular get rid of cellulite?
Example:

no
Nothing can remove cellulite, exercise and lots of water can lessen the look of it, but like stretch marks, they are with you for life.
I workout & eat healthy. What else can I do to get rid of cellulite?
