To get rid of more cellulite should I focus more on losing weight or gaining muscle? I don’t really need to lose weight so will it help if I tone up?
And I’ve tried the creams and they don’t work. Even the nivea one, so please don’t bother recommending it.

Actually, there is not "magic pill", or quick and easy solution for getting rid of cellulite!
There are a number of reasons we all have cellulite, some can be influenced and remedied, but others cannot – like genetics and heredity for instance.
the good news is that plenty of other factors causing cellulite CAN be addressed (I know, I did IT!), and these are namely not drinking enouh water,
poor diet (alcohol, processed foods, lots of caffeine and other toxins), smoking, diet pills, sleeping pills, diuretics, crash diets, and the most importantly –
sedentary lifestyle! so getting rid of all these bad habits, and getting started with a solid aerobic excercise regimen will put you on your way to cellulite-free future :)
But remember, this is NO magic bullet, and wont do much without a disciplined daily excercise regimen, and without adopting healthy habits which are the foundation of weight-loss and cellulite removal (no matter what others tell you)

i need to know if it really works..

No cream or lotion will get rid of cellulite. It will temporarily make the cellulite disappear but a couple hours later it will come right back.

iam pregnant and have alot of cellulite any treatments for cellulite

you can help break up the cellulite and tighten your skin by doing a few things, but keep in mind that there’s really no way to get rid of cellulite, just minimize it.

1. use a dry loofah and rub in circular motions over skin every day (or a few times a week). it will improve circulation and break up the cottage cheesiness a bit. as an added benefit, your skin will get softer and you’ll have less ingrown hairs :)

2. exercise throught your pregnancy. i don’t know why this works, but it does.

3. drink more water

4. moisturise your skin with a lotion that has cocoa butter, vitamin e or collagen elastin. these product will help promote skin elasticity.

NOTE: all those cellulite lotions and pills out there are a hoax. they don’t work.

Its kinda weird…Im 105 pounds and I have cellulite all on my thighs and stuff . What kind of excercise can I do to get rid of them ? And how long should I do them ?

Cellulite doesn’t necessarily have to do with how fat you are – slim women also have cellulite.

The best exercise itself is interval training of any kind – ideally interval running training.
