How can I tighten the skin on my stomach? I like my figure but that is somthing that I want to change. I have a little bit of cellulite on my stomach as well. Im not looking for "cream solutions" or anything [not a believer] Im just curious of different excersises that could help. Also I cant run or jog because I have really bad knees and it hurts, so at the moment Im not doing cardio.

Any suggestions…?!

I do not think I am overweight but I could stand to lose some. I’m 5′6 and 130lbs I would like to be 115-120lbs. I have loose skin on my stomach from my pregnancy and cellulite on my inner thighs, back of thighs and butt. Any solutions and would weight training or cardio be better for the problems I have? **Also I am currently dieting and do 30 min. cardio daily.** I don’t have much more than 30 min daily to dedicate to working out.

I wanted to take the time to talk to you about the cure for cellulite. This is a problem that women suffer from and it is something that leaves most women quite embarrassed. It is that cottage cheese look that gets on the back of their legs. Typically it happens after a pregnancy or as they get older. There is a lot of reasons that this occur, but the real reason this happens is simply the genetic code that make men different than women. Men do not have this problem, no matter how fat or lazy they become. I’m going to show you the cure for cellulite.

The reason men don’t run into this trouble is really quite simple. Genetically, men store fat much differently than women. Basically, there fat will be stored in straight lines that end up criss crossing. This makes it virtually impossible to have the cottage cheese look. Women have a much different genetic code. Fat ends up being stored in clusters, which is exactly what causes the cottage cheese look. As soon as you recognize that this is a genetic thing, you can start working on real solutions instead of creams that aren’t going to help you.

The cure for cellulite is really quite simple. It’s a matter of dropping fat, so the fat on your legs doesn’t push out so much on your legs. The problem is a lot of women don’t know how to do this right. Women will workout their legs, which only makes the legs have more muscles that push out on the fat. That makes the whole problem worse. You can’t control where fat comes off, so you need to clean up your diet and workout your entire body to have the desired effect.

The last time you visited your local mall or shopping center did you wonder what that new medical spa was? What does that mean? What do they do there? Would it be something I might be interested in? The answer to that question is that a medical spa offers medical aesthetic services? I know, I know, what are medical aesthetic services?

The answer is this; Medical aesthetic services involve high-technology skin care that represents the fusion of healthcare and beauty services. It is the use of advanced technologies to provide a medically based procedure designed to cause a significant cosmetic change or enhancement. These services can involve the use of lasers or other energy based devices.

As the baby-boomer generation reaches their 50s, the demand for anti-aging services has increased significantly. The ability to provide dramatic benefits without surgery has been a perfect match for this segment of the population. The resulting rise in the number of medical spas or aesthetic medical practices has made these lunchtime procedures more accessible, and has aided in their increasing popularity. The ideal result of a medical aesthetic procedure is to keep your friends and co-workers wondering what looks different about you, why do you look refreshed and more youthful without a change so dramatic to make people wonder if you have gone under the knife. Most importantly, these enhancements can be made without anesthesia, downtime, or significant discomfort.

As we enter into 2007, a medical aesthetics provider can provide solutions to nearly every cosmetic enhancement you can dream of. A Medical Aesthetician or Laser Technician can provide solutions to everything from the removal of unwanted hair to cellulite reduction. Wrinkles can be reduced with ease, and that tattoo of your first loves name, which doesnt happen to be your current love, can be removed. Living with spider veins or birthmarks can be a thing of the past. How about tightening your skin or eliminating acne without medication? All of this is possible and happens daily at the more than 2,000 medical spas that populate nearly every region of the country.

The most popular cosmetic medical procedure is Botox. Botox involves the use of a mild neurotoxin that inhibits the signals the brain sends to the affected facial muscles in order to prevent the formation of wrinkles and fine lines. If youve never had Botox this might sound a bit crazy, but more than 2 million such procedures were performed last year alone. So what do all of those people know that you dont? More and more people are learning the wonderful benefits of making medical aesthetic services a regular part of their day to day lives. The new world of high technology skin care can give you the confidence to feel good about the way you look.

As with anything, it is important to know that your medical aesthetician is properly trained and has the experience to help you to realize all of the potential benefits of cosmetic enhancements such as Botox and laser hair reduction. Ask the right questions to make certain that your provider is qualified, and then get ready for the new you!

I’m not an overweight person. I’m 5′6” and weigh 153lbs, but I have a little cellulite on my thighs and I hate it. This is the only part of my body that I really hate, is there a solution?

i think that surgery is the only way to get rid of it :)

Okay guys, I know I already asked a question about stretch marks but now I want to know what to do against them and to prevent them. I just ordered Avon anti-stretch marks, anti-cellulite cream–Hey! It’s better than nothing, I’ll just try and see. But maybe you have some other solutions that gets them to completely disappear. And one more thing, I know a lot of you will tell me it’s impossible to get rid of them completely but one thing I’ve learned: nothing is impossible, no? ;-)

Belive it or not Coca Butter is the answer. The Coca Butter for Stretch marks work. My sister used it when she was pregnant. Now it’s unnoticeable!
