Like most woman, I currently have cellulite. I have Googled ways to get rid of cellulite but most of the time all I get is "exercise and diet", 2 things that I’m pretty sure I don’t need at the moment. I am almost 5′10" and 145 pounds, according to a BMI(Body Mass Index), that is a healthy weight for me.

I was wondering, if anyone knows any solutions to Cellulite that does not include diet and exercise.
I don’t have very much cellulite but I want to get rid of it as much as possible before it becomes a bigger problem.

I haven’t tried it yet, but my niece said to put raspberries in your water and drink it all day. At the end of the day eat them. I drink a lot of water at work, so I need to give this a try.

Hey, well I need some tips for this. Well i’m 14 and I’m not really overweight (so i’ve been told) but everything I wear looks bad on me because I have a chubby belly, love handles and these horrendous thighs! I’m too afraid to wear a bathing suit because of my cellulite also. Do you have a quick and healthy exercise, no diets that will help me lose these terrible features of my body? I’ve been doing side squats, side crunches, bending down, jogging, marching and jumping jacks each 50 times now for a whole week plus eating healthy but I don’t think its enough. So again any solutions? I don’t want to be a total stick but a good weight. Please help.

doing all that, may help you become healthy, but it sounds like you will get bulky. So therefore, you wills still be the same size, just the fat replace with muscles. My advice to you is to walk at least 30 minutes every day. i heard running just gives you muscles, but walking helps you lose weight.

I seen on tv that Tyra Banks had a special on and about celly and it was like even the littlest skinnest people had it she even has it so , basically what they said to do was exercise the certain areas more and they showed a process of treatments for that area to do bodywraps and vacummed thingys (looked exspensive!!) but I think its not that big of a deal everone has it. It just part of the female body that we have to get it or lose it.

Everybody says that exercise is the best remedy for cellulite. Well i run every single day 5 miles and i still have problems with cellulite. What other solutions are there to get read of it (at least partially)?

Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.
