Ahhh about time someone posted this, I used to have to do it in equestrian club.

Joey – I love this one – I started it when you showed us in the NB program – and what shocked me is that it works better than all the machines and weight stack programs I used to do in my ‘gym days’ …ehem , ehem…

Thats amazing. I did 12 reps one way – and then 12 steps back. I did that 5 times through. By the 5th round my legs, butt & thighs were twitching in places I didn’t even know there were muscles!
I’m adding this into my lower body routine for sure – Stay tuned…
