Wonderful Book! I am impressed by the simple language used. The theory is explained clearly that everyone can understand the structure of skin and structure of cellulite. Bravo! Helen offers many useful, no hype advice for healthy living. But I feel that the title is somewhat misleading. . . The examples, studies, etc. – is great reinforcement for the overall well-being approach ‘offered – but I’ve fallen section of the exercise could have offered much in terms of a specific program that target and reduces cellulite. . . I love this book. On the one hand, many tips for what to eat is consistent with the advice Dr. Perricone on the skin and a good weight management, so I feel as if there was any scientific basis. It is exceptionally well organized, does not promote many expensive products, food and spa treatments as the only path to improvement. Addresses issue from multiple angles (food, exercise, treatments, supplements), breaks things very easy to read tables, has many photos and is an excellent price. I have the British edition in an airport a few years ago and I am talking from time to time. I’ll buy the new edition to check for updates on Info. Highly recommended. Rating: 5 / 5
