I really see the results of this product, but you must use continuous to do so. Also the last two items, I received by mail had melted some of the vitamins, I finally return. Rating: 4 / 5

After 4 weeks of taking these supplements, I did not notice firmer skin or improving the appearance of my stretch marks, but my hair better. I think this is due to oil supplement poisson.Je am very disappointed with this purchase, this box is supposed to have 28 packets and it does that 27.Rating: 1 / 5

I used this product. But after awhile I got tired of taking vitamins for years. Instead I use the EFA Vitamins Health Swanson. They have a website. I take a hair, skin and nail supplement, and two tablespoons of EFA daily. I would like to continue buying, but it was several pills and the price is crazy.
