the best solution to get rid of cellulite?

okay it’s not a serious problem but i only get a little bit of cellulite on my hips and my inner thighs..what’s the best solution you’ve tried to reduce the amount of cellulite or make em less noticeable? i really want to fix this problem before i hit the beach next month when i go to florida! thanks :D

walk a bit everyday and do some excercise for ur legs and most important drink loads of WATER !!! and you can get these body creams that reduces cellulite so massage urself with that after u have a shower :) or if it doesnt work go to a dietician and he/she will tell you what u can eat n stuff !

    Hunni I find that using a loofah and drinking lots of water will help dinminish the appearance of it. I am 35 with 2 kids and it works. good luck

    the best and fastest way to get rid of the cellulite is to run or jogg and to eat some healthier foods then u eat now..ur body is probably used to ur normal eatigng habbits(everybody eats fatty foods) but i mean if u start watching what u eat..like not to seriously..like instead of a fatty food reaplace it with something more haethier..then u will drop the punds fast.. good luckk=)

    I would think that some sort of weight lifting, or rather resistance stuff for your legs would help hide the cellulite.

    Place 2 handfuls of Epsom salt and 1 handful of rock salt in the tub. Run water, then add the oils of grapefruit, basil,lemon,juniper and oregano onto your cellulite. Get into the bath afterwards and enjoy.

    For blends, I suggest 8 drops of thyme and 4 drops of lemon oils.

    If you can’t afford these types of oils, wrap seaweed and cabbage after it’s chopped up into a wrap and wrap it around the area.

    Cellulitis denotes that thickening or swelling of the tissue which is characterized by a skin that has the appearance of orange peel and a grating sensation , more or less painful, during massage. cellulitis is also an inflammation of this same connective tissue due to toxins that the system has failed to eliminate.

    It genarally attacks the hips, legs, thighs, abdomen and nape of the neck.

    TEST TO FIND IF YOU HAVE CELLULITIS: just pinch and pull the skin between your fingers , if this is painful then you have cellulitis. cellulitis could be mild , advanced or deep seated.

    It can cause:
    1) enlargement of hips and legs
    2) bad circulation and even heart problems
    3) depression, nervousness and fatigue
    4) pains which can become
    agonizing,for cellulitis thickens the connective
    tissue which cause pressure on the nerves
    5) sciatica, migrane and neuralgia.& isnomia

    You can prevent it by dieting by exercise, by
    medical treatment, by massage treatment .

    Ummm…just so you know…cellulitis is NOT the same as cellulite. Please don’t confuse the two. Cellulitis is a skin infection and can turn into blood poisoning…Cellulite is harmless, just ugly.
