Like most woman, I currently have cellulite. I have Googled ways to get rid of cellulite but most of the time all I get is "exercise and diet", 2 things that I’m pretty sure I don’t need at the moment. I am almost 5′10" and 145 pounds, according to a BMI(Body Mass Index), that is a healthy weight for me.
I was wondering, if anyone knows any solutions to Cellulite that does not include diet and exercise.
I don’t have very much cellulite but I want to get rid of it as much as possible before it becomes a bigger problem.
I haven’t tried it yet, but my niece said to put raspberries in your water and drink it all day. At the end of the day eat them. I drink a lot of water at work, so I need to give this a try.

other than surgery..you can use cellulite creams that tighten up the skin a bit. But i have to tell you the best thing IS diet and exercise. It doesn’t mean you have to lose weight..just work on gaining muscle instead of fat to lose the cellulite.

not necessarily "diet"
try changing what you eat
cut out fast food and be outside a lot
you can try a firming cream
oh yeah and btw
if you arent scared of the sun like some people
tanned fat=muscle

yes. massaging the area, once or twice a day. I had heard of this before, but found it worked for me when i started using fake tan. I would have to rub in my fake tan twice a day. I would spend a few minutes massaging it in to make sure it was applied evenly. I started to notice that cellulite was dissapearing from my thighs and they were getting firmer. It really works.

5′10 and 145 pounds? I doubt that you have much cellulite at all! There are a lot of good cellulite creams on the market. I would go to the drugstore and search to see what they have. It’s just a matter of trial and error. But diet and exercise are still the key to better health and cellulite free living! No cream or laser treatment will ever give you the results that exercise will.

yes i know that sucks and there isnt a true way to get rid of it. you could try walking alot. i know you have probably heard that, but my mom started walking and didnt diet. her cellulite wasnt as noticeable. just try different things that might work and good luck.

Here’s what seems to be working for me!
Get a bath brush, preferably one that has the rubber like "nubs" on one side and the bristle on the other.
On dry skin, scrub with the "nub" side first. Up and down and
circular movements both. Then do the same with the brush side. (you can usually be a little more agressive with the brush side). Then apply an anti- celluilite cream and massage in well. The one I’ve been using is called BodyShape by Hydrodern. Ordered it on line.
The combination of the brushing and the cream seems to actually be working, whereas the cream alone didn’t seem to do too much. Try to to this once a day. I think you will see results.

I really don’t think you can(sorry, I know I hate it too)-I have seen some "massager" type gizmos that claim, by rubbing the area vigorously-it helps break it up a bit.
