   I don’t think any cream is truely effective but I know that body brushing definately is. You can buy a body brush from most shops like Boots and Body Shop. The firmer the bristles the better the result. You need to do it at least once a day – twice is even better – for 5 mins, brushing towards the heart.

   You should see a difference in 2 or 3 weeks.

   And a using good moisturiser helps to plump the top layer of skin and makes cellulite less obvious.
