Hi, my name is Caitlin and I am 16 years old. I am about 5′4 feet tall and 121 pounds, which is about 55 kilograms. I am so self concscious about my body and it has been made worse could I now have cellulite. I really want to get rid of it so I will have the confidence to wear a bikini and feel sexy. Will i need to lose weight to do this and what things can I do to accomplish my goal?

All women have cellulite. It’s because our skin is thinner than men’s and the fibrous tissue grows in only one direction – in men the tissue criss-crosses and makes their skin firmer and smoother. It’s just the luck of the draw! I’ve had it since I was young and live with it. I wish you wouldn’t worry about it.
Note: Losing and gaining a lot of weight will make your cellulite worse. Don’t do any crash dieting.

Cellulite is related to female hormones. Women usually begin developing cellulite during puberty. You have a healthy weight, so don’t be too concerned about losing weight. Exercise and drinking lots of water, however, will help. Also try to eat a diet low in fat.

Oh dear, I feel very sorry for you!
I know there are many anti cellulite regimens, but there are some that just work and some that don’t. My girlfriend went to this website and found a cream that worked. It was written up in a medical journal which she read one day at the doctors office, and since then I don’t think she’s stopped using it. Its about 70 bucks a tube though which kinda sucks, but for me – its worth it, because her cellulite is now almost non-existent.
